Night Charge Calculator

This calculator can help you figure out how big of a power supply and standby Battery you would need to power a camera or some other device drawing current continuously and AC was only available from a night light pole or some other device providing only part time power.

How to use the Calculator:

1. Enter the hours of No Charge, the longest day.  This would be the amount of time the standby battery would have to carry the load.

2. Enter the Watts required to power your load.  Watts equals Volts times Amps.

3. The answers should be self explanatory.  The required power supply would be the amps available to recharge the battery and power the load during the re charge time.
