DESCRIPTION

The DCPM-3 series power supplies are a versatile series of 3 Amp linear power supplies that are clean, well regulated with protected against overheating, over current, and reversed battery connection.  This clean performance allows these power supplies to power the most sensitive electronic devices.  The DCPM-3-A is adjustable from 5-28VDC that can be used as a universal supply to power a wide variety of devices requiring up to 3 Amps.   The LP-3-12, 12v and LP-3-3-24, 24v are fixed power supplies with Battery Chargers that can provide uninterruptable low voltage power with the appropriate lead acid battery(s).  The lead acid batteries may be any AH capacity you require from 4AH to 100AH depending on your standby requirements.  The LP-3 battery charger will  Precisely charge a Sealed, Gel, AGM, or flooded Lead Acid Battery(s).  The LP-3’s with battery charger have a 4A auto resetting PTC Circuit Breaker between the Battery and the DC output to protect against over current.

To test the LP-3’s with standby batteries.  It is recommended that on a regular basis, the output should be checked for proper voltage and current while the AC power is disconnected.

Because these power supplies are a linear device that must dissipate all of the power between the input and the output please review the output current graph below to be sure your input voltage, output voltage and load current comply.
